The Venus Product is guaranteed for a period of specified years/months (refer to user manual; varies from product to product) from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects of all functional parts subject to the terms and conditions.

Please show the guarantee documents (original purchase bill & guarantee card) to the service engineer if the product is under guarantee. Otherwise, standard Service / Visiting charges + spare costs are applicable.

When the product is not serviceable after being inspected by our engineer, visiting charges are payable by the customer. If the product is serviced within a month, the visiting charge will be adjusted against the service charge. Service charges vary from product to product.

Installation is offered for selected models and within city limits only. Beyond city limits, customer transport charges (max Rs. 150/-) apply. Installation covers connecting the heater and demonstration. Any plumbing work (old heater removal, angle valve/nipple fixing) incurs extra charges based on site conditions. Plumbing spare parts are not provided by the company.
